Talent needs patronage

The Medicis of Florence were great at spotting talent. They became well known by their strong patronage to young talents and were able to build and maintain a big fortune by collecting the rewards for their talented people’s achievements.

We should give more patronage to our young talents and support them as much as we can. Maybe they will at some point steal our own leading position… and that’s ok.

Giving patronage allows us to assess potential of our talents and challenge them to learn at early stages and therefore develop them faster.
