Your plan needs to be flexible and incomplete

For every single detail you enhance your plan, you add rigidity. If it’s possible, we can go on and create a financial plan. A plan should be a flexible document, but additionally, it needs to an incomplete document.

Transportation and Logistics businesses need a high level of predictive analysis, but they also have to be flexible to adapt to changes in the traffic, weather and other facts.

If you prepare yourself for all scenarios, you will probably fail to deliver in time… So you will have to prioritize your efforts. According to Murphy’s law, if you prioritize, most likely, that plan that you disconsidered, will be the one that would have to be applied.

But don’t give up so easily… Develop your adaptability and your life-long learning skills, because they are the ones that will enable you to survive in the world that is now the reality.
