Not so long ago, we were eager to hear interesting conversations from our friends and family, where experiences were shared in a simple but very personal manner.
Today, we prefer to comment any tweet or simple observation without seeking to understand the story behind the comments.

We have to listen more and better. Listening allows us to be more inclusive… to understand people’s motivations and reasons to do certain things. If we do this well we can then better argue or agree on a certain topic.
In companies, as in life, listening is a lost art that needs to be recovered and practiced more often.
